The mastermind behind the team is John Altman himself! Day-to-day Arnoud Francken runs the board, but at all times the team keeps an eye on what John Altman stands for!
John believes that snacks should be free of junk and preferably organic and always accessible in price. In short, exactly what everyone needs if you want to buy a guilt-free snack.
Arnoud is the Chief of Bites and as of October 2022 he manages John Altman's team and he is also an investor/shareholder. He began his working life as a commodity trader in Amsterdam and it was there at a young age that he discovered his passion for nuts and healthy snacks. Arnoud: 'We want to continue to surprise consumers with tasty and responsible snacks.' Sustainability is in his DNA and he also shares his passion for surfing with John. #spreadthelove. 
Timothy, when he used to be asked the question of what he could be woken up in the middle of the night for, it was always invariably popcorn! And that hasn't changed after all these years, although BBQ Chili nuts do come close as John's ultimate favorite snack. Within John Altman, he serves as Chief of Bite Creations, a fancy name for creating delicious new snacks, packaging and all the marketing activities surrounding the wonderful assortment.
Julie Her favo snack is the maple syrup & chilli nut mix, nice and spicy yet sweet! Julie currently lives in Barcelona and from there she is working full-time on marketing John Altman. Marketing a snack that is really tasty, without junk, doing something good for the world and living in Spain! It is a dream come true for Julie!
